Badminton, anyone?!

Oh yes, people! You are now looking reading the writings of a one-legged badminton player! It had just rained, but this brave heroine, against all odds, grabbed her support sticks (crutches) and ventured out with 2 fellow conspirators! There is nothing you can do, that you can''t do really well! Following this philosophy, our heroine used a single crutch to stand while she played Badminton with the other hand!

It is another matter though, that her fellow players had to hit the shuttle such that it reached the so-called heroine, or fetch it everytime it fell even a foot away from her! But I guess we don't need to elaborate on that! 

I had a little chat the other day with a little boy. He was so curious about my plaster and was asking me about it. He then showed me a scar on his face, he had an accident too! He got 14 stitches inside the wound and then 12 stitches outside! Brave little bugger.  

P.S. : I learned a new word today: Brachycephaly (flat-head syndrome)! 

Cravings.....have lead to unimaginable glories and destructions

I crave News! I mean really, I am tired of listening to what I say, reading what I write and thinking what I think!

It did take me 9 whole days to get bored of myself, but what can I say? I'm interesting! 

And even this blog, its full of ME, with a scattering of others! 

I miss going to office, I miss talking to people, laughing, joking and making an ass out of myself. I miss the WORLD! 

And hence, I vow 24 hours of complete silence!

Wanna play God?

There is one thing I love doing. Its creating something. 

The first time I ever bought my keyboard, I played it for so long and I forgot everything else! 

The day I made my first tune, it was around 1am in the morning and I was listening to Radio (107.1fm). I was so happy, that I called up the RJ (radio jockey) and had a song dedicated to myself. It was such a wonderful feeling!

The same thing happens to me when I paint, all I do is splash colors around but when its done; you know that you created something. Something unique, something that is a part of you!

Ditto for my writing! Earlier, I had a syndrome though, I hated reading something that I had completed. I don't know why, but I just couldn't read what I had written coz I could find so many faults with it! Now, I just redo the faults. 

It takes guts though, to read something I've written! And I make you do it for free! U poor guys!

Well, I guess we all have something unique in us, that can be expressed in some way or the other! And that is one thing I love discovering about people: a person's quirky habit or style!

Touchdown!!

My left foot, which has not touched Mother Earth since the 9th of June, graduated yesterday! In the presence of a Doctor, my parents and a few fellow patients, my left foot touched the pristine hospital floor! It was a momentous occasion, on which one of my fellow patient's shed a tear or two! (It is another matter entirely, that the patient in question was having his foot twisted by an examiner and he was screaming in pain. But in my glorious moment, I took his tears as a tribute to my accomplishment!)

Nothing more to report, other than the fact that I have been impersonating a wounded war soldier all day today! The only regret is that I couldn't play the role more convincingly, as my parents were aghast when I suggested that they put a glass of Whisky in my hand! Sigh..........Parents.......

Currently: I am chasing down an Agatha Christie Mystery!

Its all about the back!

Being in a hospital is a novel experience! I mean really, if you haven't done it yet, I will give you the number of the auto I took, maybe you'll be lucky too!

Anyways, as I was saying, yup! Hospitals, they rock! 

Introducing to you all - a Hospital Gown! Oh yeah! This beauty is the highlight of a visit to the hospital (as long as it is yours. If not, you are just going to end up seeing half-naked people, moaning on maneuverable  beds).

Back to the gown: Its white, short, with a stringy back (that's just to hold the front together, seriously!). I really do not know why the models on FTV haven't picked it up yet! I'll do them a favor and send them a photo....

All jokes apart, it was meant to enable the doctors to check the patient thoroughly!

And it does female patients a favor too, gives them a chance to feel sexy (who wouldn't? In a backless gown!),  in a depressing environment! Now all that is missing is a cute Doctor in a white apron, uttering sophisticated words like concussion and hemorrhage, and feeding them heart-shaped tablets! Well, anything is possible!

    Go to the J.J. Hospital (Mumbai) at exactly 11:55pm. Enter the Hospital gate at the Mortuary side and enter a small lane to the right (thats where the bodies are kept!) Anyways, go straight, take a right. There is a wall there. Knock on it. A skeleton hand will hand you the right thigh bone (femur). Use it to scratch your name on the wall! Please remember to thank the owner of the hand before you leave, or you just might not leave, EVER!!!!
